Att få antalet dagar uteslutande lördag och söndag är inte så svårt, du hittar flera lösningar för det på SO.
Att tänka på semester är mer utmanande. En lösning är att använda Oracles SCHEDULER
. Som standard används detta för SCHEDULER JOBS
, men jag ser ingen anledning att inte använda det för andra ändamål.
Största problemet är påskdagen, se här:Computus. Jag tror att det mest effektiva sättet är att hårdkoda datumen och underhålla dem manuellt.
