Du kan skapa en pipeline som först plattar ut prescription array med $unwind operator och en $lookup efterföljande pipeline steg för att göra en "vänster yttre sammanfogning" på "droger" samlingen. Använd en annan $unwind operation på den skapade arrayen från fältet "joined". $group de tidigare tillplattade dokumenten från den första pipelinen där det $unwind operatören matar ut ett dokument för varje element i receptmatrisen.
