När indexerar Oracle kolumnvärden null?

Om någon indexerad kolumn innehåller ett icke-nullvärde kommer den raden att indexeras. Som du kan se i följande exempel blir bara en rad inte indexerad och det är raden som har NULL i båda indexerade kolumnerna. Du kan också se att Oracle definitivt indexerar en rad när den inledande indexkolumnen har ett NULL-värde.

  4               , object_name as col_2
  5  from all_objects
