Visa antalet gånger en plats förekom i respektive tabell efter att motsvarande alternativ från rullgardinsmenyn valdes

Om jag förstått det rätt tror jag att ditt problem är exakt samma som det senaste . Du saknar bara en WHERE-klausul.
