mySQL lagrad funktion för att skapa en snigel

Detta är en förbättrad version av Robert Ross svar. Det är mycket snabbare eftersom det undviker att gå igenom alla tillåtna tecken och bara kontrollerar genom att jämföra ASCII-koder.
