Denna fellösning är mycket enkel, först, låt oss förstå varför detta fel uppstår. Det har i grunden två skäl som är:
1) Din databas och tjänstens namn är inte korrekt inställda i Oracle-miljön, det bör vara samma överallt kontrollera under parametervärden
-ORACLE_SID in oracle environment.
-SID_NAME in tnsnames.ora file.
-SERVICE_NAME in listener.ora file.
2) Värdnamn/IP-adress saknas, inte korrekt eller stavfel, så kontrollera nedan.
-Check the IP ADDRESS in /etc/hosts file.
-It should be same in listener.ora and tnsnames.ora file
-And it should be able to ping from the local and remote server.
Nu ser jag att jag också har stått inför samma problem och löst:
