Optimeringskod i PL/SQL. Att göra det till rätta. Koden körs men inte korrekt

Detta skulle likna svaret tidigare på plsql-proceduren upprepad kodrad. försöker göra det på ett bättre sätt .

Vad vi gör nu är att lägga till JOIN till tabell som innehåller batch_run_details och fall som avgör för varje rad vilken åtgärd den måste infoga baserat på creation_date och max_last_update_date .
