Detta är ett reviderat svar baserat på dina krav. Naturligtvis finns det ingen helig gral att schemalägga, men jag skulle vilja motivera mitt svar innan revision (att hålla en platt struktur är lätt att fråga och underhålla) med några exempeldata + frågor baserade på din kravlista. Jag upprepar, jag säger inte att detta är den bästa lösningen, men det är en lösning som är enkel att fråga och lätt att underhålla (imho).

Visserligen är nackdelen med min föreslagna lösning att den inte fångar alla krav i ett fråga.
