Hur man slår ihop mina frågor till en enda fråga (eller kan vara en lagrad proc..)

Du kan skapa mer än en virtuell tabell med en CTE genom att separera CTE-definitionerna med kommatecken. Dessutom kan CTE:er hänvisa till andra CTE:er.

Förutsatt ep är samma för alla dessa frågor, kan du göra något så här:
