Ordimage har tagits bort från 19c (jag vet att du använder 12c) men här är ett sätt att göra det utan Ordimage. Det tog mig ungefär en vecka att plocka ihop mig från flera källor och mycket läsning, googling och försök och misstag.
Förhoppningsvis kommer detta att hjälpa någon annan som behöver ändra storlek på en bild i Oracle 19c.
