Du behöver bara dela upp kolumnerna efter att ha gjort UNPIVOT
något sånt här:

Alla kolumner är av samma datatyp
inteller decimal, om datatyperna inte är samma bör du casta alla till en datatyp innan du görunpivotannars får du ett felmeddelande.

Uppdatering:
Jag använde FOR XML PATH('') ..
för att sammanfoga alla värdelistan i en sträng, är det ett problem i SQL Server att göra det. Värdet på @cols kommer att vara strängen:[GWP 2013], [GWP 2014], ... .
Om dina fältdatatyper är olika måste du göra casting av alla kolumner som kommer att vara opivoterade i ankarfrågan innan du gör UNPVOT så här:

Om du tyckte det var svårt att skriva casten för alla kolumner manuellt, kan du generera den dynamiskt och lägga till den istället, till exempel:
