Infoga SQL Server-data i Salesforce med en markör

Den här bloggen ger ett exempel på överföring av data från en lokal SQL Server-tabell till Salesforce. Vi använder Salesforce.com ODBC-drivrutinen för att infoga tre poster i Salesforce Product2-tabellen.

1. Konfigurera en länkad server som ansluter till Salesforce.
2. I SQL Server Management Studio, ändra Länkad server> Egenskaper för länkad server> Serveralternativ> RPC ut inställningen till True.
3. Skapa den här tabellen i SQL Server:

   create table NewProducts ( "Name" nvarchar(30), ProductCode nvarchar(10), Description nvarchar(max))
   insert into NewProducts values ( 'Test1', 'TEST01', 'Test 1st description')
   insert into NewProducts values ( 'Test2', 'TEST02', '2nd description' )
   insert into NewProducts values ( 'Test3', 'TEST03', '3rd Test description')

   Du kan infoga data i vilken som helst av kolumnerna i tabellen Produkt2, förutsatt att du har nödvändiga behörigheter.

4. Kör följande SQL:

   -- Declare a variable for each column you want to insert:
   declare @Name nvarchar(30)
   declare @ProductCode nvarchar(10)
   declare @Description nvarchar(max)
